2. Ordering and Payments
2.1. Deposit
A deposit of 45% of the final price is required within 5 days of signing the quote to confirm the project. Failure to provide the deposit within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your order.
2.2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid within 15 days of the final track delivery. Late payments may incur additional fees or legal action to recover the outstanding amount.
2.3. No Cancellation or Refunds
Once an order is confirmed and the deposit is received, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. Please ensure all project details are finalized and agreed upon before proceeding.
3. Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver the final audio files within a standard timeframe of two (2) weeks from the project start date, unless otherwise agreed upon. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, client delays in providing feedback) may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
4. Feedback and Revisions
4.1. Feedback Rounds
We allow up to three (3) rounds of feedback during the production process. These revisions are included in the original price. Additional feedback or changes beyond the third round will incur extra charges.
4.2. Final Delivery
Once the final track is approved and delivered, no further modifications will be made. Please ensure all desired changes are communicated during the feedback stages.
4.3. Formats and Source Files
Final audio files will be delivered in the agreed-upon formats (e.g., WAV, MP3). Source files (e.g., project files, stems) are not provided under any circumstances.
5. Rights and Ownership
5.1. Music Rights
Sonari retains full rights, including copyright and publishing rights, to all music created. As a client, you are granted a license to use the music solely for the purpose specified in your agreement with Sonari.
5.2. Prohibited Use
Redistribution, resale, modification, or unauthorized use of the delivered audio is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Sonari. Legal action may be pursued for any violations.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary materials, briefings, and approvals within a timely manner to avoid delays in production. Failure to meet these obligations may result in delayed delivery, additional costs, or project cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sonari is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including delays caused by external factors or client actions.
8. Privacy and Data Use
All personal information provided through the contact form or during project discussions is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
